Free Coverage
If the majority of your guests are couples, we do not charge you for providing this service to guests/event organisers and usually cover our attendance costs by charging your guests per print purchased. Print prices start from £10 each for a 6x4 inch print including a high quality mount and cellophane bag.
We also offer an alternative pricing option for South Wales event managers. We offer the option to charge a 'fixed attendance fee' (dependent upon the number of guests, our attendance time and the number of prints required,) which then means that the prints are provided to your guests without any direct payment required from them. Quotes are available for this level of service and are based on each individual booking. Please contact us for more information if this is the kind of service you require.
Events Covered
We offer everything from black-tie dinner functions to corporate end of year parties, presentation evenings, summer balls and proms, Christmas and Valentine's Day parties, sporting events, wedding evenings and charity/fundraising events throughout South Wales where there are more than 100 guests.
We bring a fully portable photographic studio to your South Wales event including a backdrop, lights, diffusers and professional mini-lab. Prints are supplied in high quality card mounts and paid for on being photographed. Pricing is determined based upon location and type of event being covered, but print prices usually start from £10 for a 6x4 inch print.
Upon collection of prints guests are able to purchase extra copies of their photo if they wish. Depending upon how busy the event is, extra prints will be printed either at the end of the night, or sent by post to the address provided within a few days of the event.
We never use hard-selling tactics and guests are never forced to have their photos taken.
We can photograph people on their own, in couples or small groups of friends/family etc.
We generally require a space of around 7 x 7 metres, so will cause minimal disruption to your event. All that we ask South Wales event organisers/managers to consider is that we are placed near to power points for our lighting and printing equipment, and somewhere convenient for your guests to be able to find/see us easily.
We usually supply 6x4 inch prints as we have found these to be the most popular size for event photography. However, if requested we can supply the larger 8 x 6 inch prints instead .Please note that we can only supply one size of print at each event.
